hello! i'm raveia (not my actual name) but i bounce between pseudonyms online a bit. you might also see me use raven, ravei, or spider, depending on the occasion. i'm not much of an artist, but i like to make things as best i can with the skills i have. one of those being this little project i've given myself to work on. i've long wanted a place i could document my life as it progresses, vent stuff out, and showcase whatever i've made or captured. somewhere i could spill out everything onto paper (or in this case, the web), hence the name of the site.

    i spend most of my days in the tech field (the ethical kind), have a degree (and an almost-degree in Philosophy), and live in the middle of an often cold but rarely pleasant midwest city. exciting! when i can, i like to absorb entire music catalogs in my headphones, repeatedly try to finish any one of my ongoing dozens of projects to some moderate amount of success, or binge-watch horror movies. that covers a good amount of it i suppose.
