hello! i'm raveia, but i bounce between pseudonyms online a bit. you might also see me use raven, ravei, or spider, depending on the occasion. i'm not much of an artist, but this site is the best attempt i've found so far for the skills i have. one of those being this little project i've given myself to work on. i've long wanted a place i could document my life as it progresses, vent stuff out, and showcase whatever i've made or captured. somewhere i could spill out everything onto paper (or in this case, the web), hence the name of the site.

    i spend most of my week in the tech field (the ethical kind), have a degree (and an almost-second degree in Philosophy), and live in the middle of an often cold but rarely pleasant midwest city. exciting! when i can, i like to absorb as much music as possible, repeatedly try to finish any one of my ongoing dozens of projects to some moderate amount of success, or binge-watch horror movies. that covers a good amount of it i suppose.
